Zaxby’s, a fast-casual restaurant, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment in Georgia. The role requires flexible scheduling with day and night shifts, and prior management experience to lead Front of House and Back of House teams.

You will ensure excellent guest service, manage orders and payments, and uphold brand standards while coaching staff and maintaining a welcoming dining area. The position emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with Front of House and Back of House staff
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Explain menu items and upsell additional items
• Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
• Maintain awareness of current promotions
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
• Enter guest orders into the POS system and handle payments
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment as needed
• Assist in training and developing staff
