ApplegreenUSA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts at our travel plazas. You will oversee team members, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with brand standards and cash handling policies.

The role requires strong cash handling, leadership experience, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage travelers and coworkers positively. Flexible scheduling and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, energetic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Perform opening, daily, and closing procedures per policy.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions according to policies.
• Follow food safety procedures including prep, wrapping, labeling, dating and storage.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prep, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products; maintain product knowledge.
