Job summary

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management and staff.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions in line with planograms.
