Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of management to ensure smooth workflows.
• Supervise store crew by assigning tasks and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer-service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) to support merchandising.
