CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Stamford, CT to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening/closing procedures to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise store staff by directing and following up on activities; communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandising standards, price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
