• Assist in leading store staff and ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price, stock, and merchandise displays; manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal setups.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed when manager is not onsite.
