Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete all opening and closing procedures. This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work early mornings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication and supervision capabilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight, weekends and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is not on site; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and weekly promotional/seasonal merchandise.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
