Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment in Hawaii.

The role leads the store staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, and driving guest satisfaction while maintaining policy compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff and operations.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to drive execution.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure store presentation quality.
