Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Potomac, MD, is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in store execution and customer service excellence.

In this role, you will lead staff in the manager's absence, supervise daily operations, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays meet weekly and seasonal plans, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff; ensure opening and closing procedures when manager is absent.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following POGs.
