Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you will lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes supervision, customer service, and merchandising responsibilities, including occasional early shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site, ensuring smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, inventory and adherence to planograms.
