Job summary

CVS Pharmacy is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the manager's absence, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating merchandise presentation and inventory according to CVS standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills expected.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments according to promotional plans.
