Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store leadership and ensure smooth operations. You will supervise staff in the absence of management and focus on exceptional customer service to strengthen loyalty.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour. Benefits are available based on hours and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when manager absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise and present products: price, stock shelves, and manage displays and signage.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines (POGs).
