Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and build customer loyalty through outstanding service. When managers are absent, you lead the staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing tasks.

You’ll supervise activities, assist customers, merchandise, stock, and maintain displays while ensuring confidentiality and safety compliance. Full-time, 30 hours weekly, with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Preferred: experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and staff to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead store crew when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure proper signage and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to relay information and updates.
