Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS Pharmacy team. You will support the Store Management, lead the staff in the absence of a manager, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, retirement options and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew, assigning and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Ensure positive shopping experiences and maintain confidentiality.
• Price, stock and display merchandise; manage weekly promotional items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
