Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site and ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management in driving store execution and customer service.
• Supervise crew through assigning, directing and follow-up of activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Maintain merchandising, price items and reset departments per plans.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints with empathy.
