Job summary

CVS Health in Warren, RI seeks a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and keep operations running smoothly.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, and coordinate weekly promotions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring smooth execution.
• Supervise the store crew and direct activities.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
