Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding safety and quality standards during opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crew, coordinate tasks, handle customer questions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while working a flexible schedule including weekends and early mornings. This role offers a pathway to growth within CVS Health.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price, stock shelves, execute displays and seasonal merchandising.
