You will lead staff when managers are absent, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role emphasizes supervising the crew, handling customer questions, merchandising, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly promotional displays.
• Support opening and closing procedures and maintain confidentiality.
