Job summary

CVS Health in Montgomery County, Pottstown, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and build customer loyalty through service excellence. This role includes supervising staff in the absence of a manager and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will aid customers, stock and display merchandise, and maintain confidentiality while contributing to a smooth, welcoming CVS/pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and work with store management.
• Communicate information effectively to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory per promotions, and reset departments after promotions.
