Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew, assign and follow up on activities, and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, and handle customer relations per policy.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and ensure accurate inventory.
