Job summary

CVS Health in Chicago is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution while maintaining a high level of customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, assisting customers, and managing pricing and merchandising to ensure a positive shopping experience. This role offers part-time hours and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise the store crew when managers are not onsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and ensure weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandising is accurate.
