Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at our Sullivan, IL location. You will support the Store Management team in executing store operations, driving customer service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

When a manager is not on site, you lead the store staff to complete opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions and complaints, presenting merchandise, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when no manager or supervisor onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crewmembers by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and merchandise/present weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs)
