Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Kaneohe, HI is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed for smooth operations.

You will supervise the crew, handle customer questions and complaints, uphold CVS customer service culture, and maintain confidentiality while merchandising and stocking to meet weekly promotional needs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and lead the crew when managers are not onsite.
• Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise and present products; price, stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Reset departments following weekly promotional plans and seasonal changes.
