Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Hawaii to support the store management team and drive store execution. You will lead staff when a manager is not onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain excellent customer service standards.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and adherence to company policies while promoting a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and execute displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines (POGs).
