Job summary

CVS Health in Hawaii is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will support the CVS Store Management in driving store execution, supervise staff when managers are away, and ensure opening and closing tasks are completed accurately.

You will help customers, maintain merchandise, and protect confidentiality while promoting CVS customer service culture. The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends, with pay between $18.00 and $27.00

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew and coordinate tasks to maintain store operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays per planograms.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer/patient information.
