Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and customer privacy. Part-time position with 29 hours weekly; pay ranges from $15.00 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities preferred.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew with assignment, direction and follow-up of activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
