Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when the manager or supervisor is not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store staff by directing and following up on activities; maintain clear communication with management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture and ensure a positive shopping experience.
