Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Brookline, MA, to support the CVS Store Management team with store execution and performance. The role emphasizes customer service and loyalty building while ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed as needed.

Ideal candidates bring deductive reasoning, strong communication, and supervisory experience. Typical hours are 40 per week, with a pay range of $17.00 to $26.00 hourly and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
