CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the staff when management is not on site, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring policies protect confidentiality. Full-time role with pay range $16.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills essential.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends; willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays; reset departments per planograms.
