CVS Health in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and promote exceptional customer service in every interaction.

This role requires a flexible schedule (early mornings, overnights, weekends) and strong communication. Prior retail supervision is a plus; High School Diploma is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and weekly promotional inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
