Job summary

CVS Health in Ocean City, MD is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service when a manager is not onsite.

You will supervise the crew, help open and close procedures, assist customers, merchandise effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies while protecting confidentiality and creating a positive CVS shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable to ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew and direct activities, ensuring effective communication with management.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves and execute promotions.
• Protect confidentiality and adhere to CVS policies.
