Ideal candidates bring customer service know-how, calm under pressure, and a willingness to train and develop teammates. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required as part of a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Support training and help new team members build confidence.
• Communicate with management about successes and needs.
• Be the connector between leadership expectations and day-to-day energy.
