The MilkShake Factory in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations on the shop floor. You will set the tone, guide your team, and ensure service, safety, and quality goals are met while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring customer service know-how, calm under pressure, and a willingness to train and develop teammates. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required as part of a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or food service experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred (but training available).

• Communicate clearly with management about what’s working and what needs attention
• Be the connector — bridging leadership expectations with the day-to-day energy of the team
