Job summary

MilkShake Factory in Pittsburgh’s historic market seeks a Shift Supervisor who brings energy, accountability, and a team-first mindset to every shift. This fast-paced retail environment rewards leadership, guest experience, and smooth operations.

You’ll lead shifts, set the tone, delegate tasks, keep the shop clean and stocked, train newer teammates, and partner with management to hit service, sales, and quality goals while protecting the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Natural motivator who lifts the room without forcing it.
• Steady under pressure during busy rushes.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Able to give direction kindly and respectfully.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior customer service or food service experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred; training offered.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Energetic with high stamina for shift-long activity.

• Ensure food safety, cash handling, and operational standards are always met
• Support training and help newer team members feel confident and capable
• Communicate clearly with management about what’s working and what needs attention
• Be the connector — bridging leadership expectations with the day-to-day energy of the team
