Job summary

YCH Wendy’s seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment in Williamsport, PA. You will help ensure food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while opening and closing shifts with efficiency.

You will coach crew members, maintain standards, and collaborate with management to deliver exceptional experiences. Willingness to obtain ServSafe during training is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in restaurant, retail, or customer service; 6+ months supervisory preferred.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.

Responsibilities

• Train and support your team, reinforcing food safety practices, coaching crew members and inspiring a positive workplace.
• Oversee daily operations, set up registers, prepare for busy shifts, ensure opening/closing readiness.
• Deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety and service standards with the management team.
• Lead by example by supervising, coordinating and delegating tasks in a supportive environment.
• Solve problems by addressing customer feedback and operational challenges professionally.
