Job summary

YCH Wendy’s is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, train crew, and ensure top quality, safety, and customer service. You will help open/close shifts, coach team members, and maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires 1 year in a related setting and a high school diploma or GED; ServSafe training will be provided. Reliable transportation is needed for multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in restaurant, retail, or customer service.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification during training.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Train and support your team, reinforce food safety practices and coach crew members.
• Oversee daily operations, set up registers and prepare for busy shifts.
• Ensure the restaurant opens/closes on time and meets quality, safety and service standards.
• Lead by example, supervise and delegate tasks to create a productive work environment.
