Wendy’s - Yellow Cab Holdings (YCH) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Wendy’s restaurant. You’ll train and support your team, set up registers, and help ensure fast service, quality food, and a welcoming guest experience.

We value leadership, reliability, and a commitment to food safety. You’ll supervise opening/closing duties, maintain cleanliness, and mentor crew members while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year in restaurant, retail, or customer service; supervisory experience preferred (6+ months).
• Ability to multitask and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
