Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and support management in delivering excellent food, hospitality, cleanliness, food safety, and team performance. You will guide team members, ensure rapid, friendly service, and uphold Freddy’s standards across quality and presentation.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on supervision during shifts, with opportunities to grow into higher management levels as the company

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead by example and provide clear direction to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide direction and support to team members throughout the shift.
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain Freddy’s standards for food quality, preparation, portioning, presentation, and hospitality.
• Assign positions and deploy team members based on business needs.
• Monitor speed of service and make adjustments to keep operations running efficiently.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and food safety procedures are followed.
• Complete required food safety and temperature logs accurately and on time.
