Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to brand standards and food safety policies. The role includes training new hires and monitoring cash-handling compliance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, POS operations, and maintaining product quality and safety across the plaza while supporting cross-functional team success.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle cash following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Train new team members and follow brand standards.
