Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensuring team members deliver exceptional service and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. The role includes training new hires and monitoring cash handling practices.

You will oversee opening, closing, and daily procedures, operate the POS system, and maintain product quality and stock levels across the plaza. A hands-on leader who communicates well with customers and staff will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
• Operate POS and process payments following cash handling procedures.
• Ensure proper food handling including labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation/equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Report observations or issues to plaza leadership.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
