Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team and ensure top‑tier customer service while upholding brand standards and food safety. The role includes training new staff and overseeing cash handling procedures during busy periods.

You will manage opening and closing tasks, operate the POS system, and maintain product knowledge across the plaza’s offerings. Experience in fast-paced customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to stand, walk and lift up to 40 pounds for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Communicate observations or concerns to plaza leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
