ApplegreenUSA is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, ensure top‑notch customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety across our travel plazas.

You will train new team members, manage cash handling procedures, and drive a fast‑paced service environment for travelers in the Northeast and Midwest.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues.
• Open, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments with proper cash handling.
• Follow food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training of new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
