Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and restaurant operations, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting profitability. You will help enforce company policies, procedures, and systems and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.

The role requires coordinating staff, managing inventory and cash, and maintaining safety and cleanliness to deliver great guest experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (including nights, weekends).
• Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management, portioning, and product prep.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs while following TM handbook policies.
• Exhibits core values and maintains a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains quality, service, and cleanliness to standards.
• Manages cash and inventory to minimize loss using company systems.
