Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough handling and portioning.
• Performs workstation duties and ensures quality products and procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals and service standards.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback when issues arise.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost targets while following policies.
• Manages cash and inventory in line with company guidelines.
