The role requires leading by example, coordinating station duties, and maintaining product quality while controlling labor and food costs. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Assist in dough management, portioning, and holding times to standards.
• Contribute to profit goals by managing costs and adherence to guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety, and image standards.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and assist in cash management and inventory.
