Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steinburgers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, support management, and ensure exceptional food quality and hospitality. You will guide the team, uphold Freddy’s standards, and help deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide direction to team members during shifts.
• Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain Freddy’s standards for food quality, preparation, portioning, presentation, and hospitality.
• Assign positions and deploy team members based on business needs.
• Monitor speed of service and adjust to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and food safety procedures.
