MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor Lead who will be second in command on the store leadership team.

You will lead, coach and develop Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations side by side with the General Manager. You set the tone for the team, show how to welcome guests of all kinds, from pineapple adventurers to sauceless rebels, and help create an experience where everyone belongs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes with compassionate coaching.
• Customer service skills and ability to stay calm and focused.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping energy high.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for Squad Crew and customers.
• Listen, acknowledge and resolve concerns; escalate as needed to GM.
• Manage shift checklists and address equipment malfunctions.
• Focus on team growth and celebrate wins.
