Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts and ensure exceptional customer service at our Marlton plaza. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and ensure adherence to brand standards and food safety requirements.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, operate the POS, handle transactions accurately, and maintain product quality through proper stocking, labeling, dating and temperature checks.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system, process payments and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety rules and company policies.
• Report observations or issues to plaza leadership and perform other tasks as needed.
