Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shift activities, ensure team members deliver exceptional customer service, follow brand standards and food safety requirements, and assist in training new hires.

You will manage cash handling, operate the POS, complete opening/closing procedures, perform kitchen tasks, stock and sanitize workstations, and actively cross-sell products.

Competenze

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Mansioni

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures and temperature checks.
• Perform a variety of kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training of new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or concerns.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
