Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements. This position requires strong leadership and a commitment to quality across the plaza network.

You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and support daily plaza operations across the network, including upselling products and maintaining clean, safe work areas, with a focus on Marlton, NJ-site

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and customer service.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, storing, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
